Village Gate Apartments

I just moved from these apartments on the first, I lived here for about 4 years. When I first moved in they were starting renovations and then covid hit so they completely stopped which is understandable. Overall, the apartments have gotten better. I believe they worked to get rid of terrible tenants because some tenants were an issue when I moved in and I no longer see or hear about them. The maintenance man was wonderful, Jeff, was always helpful and friendly. I believe they have begun to remodel units again, my only suggestion is bigger bathroom sink counters (it was just me and my child and I felt like I never had enough room on the sink to put things and I had braces so you know I had to floss and brush and water floss a lot), no medicine cabinets just put a huge mirror up so the kids

I've been a resident for over 10 years, we've had many maintenance teams as well as more managers than I can count. I will say I truly appreciate Erik as our manager he is quick in responding to emails actually answers the phone, is always available when I have questions and does paper work in a timely manner. Also the current maintenance man Doug has improved the property in many ways over the years he is very knowledgeable and friendly. These two together have made me a proud resident of Village gate and I feel their efforts and dedication to this property deserve the proper review!

I loved living at the villages gate apartments. The manager and the maintenance man did a wonderful job at fixing anything that broke. They stayed on top of things. It was a very safe place to live. I would love to move back. Doug never had trouble fixing anything that broke. Eric as the manager was a manager and explained things to the tenants. Wish I could move back. The place was really quiet.

Erik always makes sure all tenants are well taken care of. I have never had any problem with maintenance not coming to fix any problem. Maintenance is always on it and gets the problem fixed right away. Thank you to Erik and maintenance for always being on top of it.

Manager Erick and maintenance Doug. They are excellent people. They do a great job. Whenever I contact them, they do everything on time. And they do an excellent job. It's a clean and super quiet place. I feel safe living here.
