Village Gardens Apartments

Very clean and quiet place, plenty of room in your respectful apartments, the units works which is good and the management is so sweet willing to work with anybody. I definitely would recommend

My boyfriend an I went here to find a nice place to live. You have to make 3x the rent of your apartment a month. We were literally $60 short and they denied us. Even though my boyfriend makes commission as well, and would've made more than that, but they said it wasn't a "guaranteed salary". "$60 to you is different than $60 to us". The people we talked to in the office were very nice, but the people they send your application to don't care. The apartment we wanted was $545 for a one bedroom, but was super tiny. We also found a different apartment complex that has 800sqft for WAAAAYYYY less then what they charged for such a tiny place.

We’ve lived here for about 2 years now & it’s pretty nice Apartments are nice, decently sized, they remodeled the balconies, painted the hallway/ mall boxes. Management is nice, things get fixed pretty quickly I’d recommend living here

Don't rent here they have bed bugs and refuse to accept responsibility and say it's yours.... bottom apartments flood and nothing is done!!!

As soon as i walked into the entryway, the halls and stairs were hideous, theres supposed to be somebody that takes care of that...I would hate to see how they clean the apartments to be rented!
