The Best place I lived in years, and the number one reason why, is the building manager Stacey Fuller. From day one, meeting her to speak about the property and the availability, she was on point the entire time with every detail. You can really see that she knows this place very well and cares about the future of village garden. I knew if I lived better I had Stacey, who would go to all measures to take care of me and her other tenants. In fact, one issue with the apartment, Stacey was on it immediately, this is service you get no where else, her determination to maintain, keep-up, and provide a great, safe, clean and family minded environment just shows the caliber of person she is !! Apartments are good but there’s people smoking weed all around the building and there’s dog poop everywhere , if you have kids don’t let them play on the grass

Village gardens has been a wonderful community to be apart of and raise a family. We are going into it second year here. The grounds are well taken care of, barefoot grass, beautiful flowers and shade trees. The courtyard is beautiful and one of my favorite places to be. Stacey, the manager, has been a God send. She has gone above and beyond for my family. She is always working, always approachable, she cares so much about this place and all the tenants. She is the best person they could have here! She will treat you with the same kindness and respect that you give her. The property company has been great to work with, they are understanding and forgiving. They are quick to fix things. I have lived in the same building for over 3 years and will be upset when I leave! The grounds are kept very clean and maintenance requests are met in a timely fashion. The apartments are kept up by Stacey and she is super awesome! She is very proactive, easy to get in touch with, reliable and firm. I have appreciated her hard work and the dedication/time she puts into making sure that these apartments are being run smoothly.

I have lived here for two years, and previously lived on one of one of her other properties she managed. She is reliable, a very hard worker, also responds in a timely manner, and is very fair. She is very straight to the point and she takes care of the tenants, property, and always make sure we are safe. She is respectful and appreciative. I enjoy her as a manager. Thanks Stacey!
