If I could give 0 stars I would. Where to begin? First off I was refinancing with a different company. During said refinance villagecapital called me 3 times a day, every day for a month. During this process I had requested my 10 day pay off. And again for 2 weeks, 3 times a day, every day, they called me wanting me to stay with them. Everytime I told them no, and asked where my 10 day pay off was, and they said "it should be there tomorrow" well tomorrow came and another 3 calls, but no pay off. Once I started ignoring their calls they started harassing my wife. After 2 weeks of no one willing to give me my 10 day pay off, I finally had enough, called in, was told it would be another 2 days. The second I mentioned getting legal involved magically I had my 10 days pay off in 20 minutes. Wh
