Susan has been an amazing help throughout the process. I would not have been able to purchase a home without her. After finding a great house with a great location, I was running into some roadblocks with different banks. Susan was a great advocate and got me approved with a great rate at Village Bank. She was also available throughout the process despite of her busy schedule. She even showed up on my closing day after the purchase went through. Applied for a mortgage at this bank and was given nothing but the run around. They have wasted over a month of my time. They provided me varying quotes and kept changing the numbers. They refuse to answer my emails or calls now. I feel like they discriminated against me because my loan was not profitable enough for them. They are rude and unprofessional and should of just been honest and upfront with me instead of wasting my time.

We had a rate low rate we refinanced. They lied and gave us the highest rating they could give us. I pray that this company is investigated and that everybody they’ve scammed receives their money back. I am so very sorry and very disappointed.They need to change this.
