We moved into our little cottage apartment 5 months ago, and while we like the space, community, and the location, we were dismayed to learn there was not a property manager on site... until Heidi came! We would have given this place 3 stars, but Heidi has upped it to a 5 star review. She is fantastic, very professional, organized and an exceptionally hard worker. We are impressed with her work ethic and experience and her "get it done" attitude. But, what we appreciate the most is how caring and warm she is. This community needs someone to take care of it, and she is doing the job. VATP is very lucky to have her!!

We have lived here coming up on a year. Our neighbors are GREAT but the prior property manager was so distasteful and there was so much lack of communication, the list is never ending with the empty promises. As of just a few months ago, we got a new Manager - Heidi has taken over and she is quickly turning our disappointment around which is why we have decided to re-new our lease. The turn around response for maintenance needs has exceeded our expectations and she is just absolutely pleasant to work with. Thank you Heidi for making a change here at the Village!

“Village at the Point” My ongoing experience Hope has finally arrived I walked into the office introduced myself and was welcomed by Heidi at the village. I had to vent my frustration of the concerns, issues and repairs we have needed for months Heidi was very professional and listened to all of my concerns, ongoing issues and repairs from the time we moved into the unit in Sept. 2025 We needed the apartment professionally cleaned as the unit was filthy dirty and unfit to move into. We had to hire a professional cleaning service. The unit needed repairs that were not getting resolved or repaired. I had expressed the concern and repair requests in office with the previous manager she told me to put in a Maintenance request in the online portal. I submitted 5 maintenance requests and ne

We moved into this condo community at the end of June 2025. Upon move in there was quite a list of things that needed to be completed, replaced, and repaired. At the time of move in the property manager only gave excuses as to why things weren't getting completed. Six months into living here we had given up on the manager, her excuses, excessive update requests, and lack of communication or follow ups. We had given her more than sufficient time to make right what was wrong. At this point we had regretted moving here. Now, during our seventh month of residing here, we are notified by email that there is a new property manager! We immediately had no faith due to our experience and past reviews of the property manager(s). My partner and I honestly had no faith in the change. To our amazement

Heidi is very short, talks so fast it is hard to understand what she is saying. She talks in circles. Example, shows a unit and then when you have questions she says she should not have shown it because it is not available but will take what money is required to hold it. Makes you feel like you are taking up her time, as she says she is extremely busy and needs an assistant. I feel that is not my fault and shouldn't be taken out on me. Extremely poor public relations ethics.
