Village at the Creek Apartments

This place is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone living there. My car was broken into and when I request to break my lease they did but they put on my credit that I left damages which was false information. I have proof and witnesses that was there to confirm I didn’t. I have been trying to contact the owner so we can take care of this but they are not responding back. This is what it looked like when I moved out. They said I left holes in the walls and they had to replace 5 binds. Now tell me if that looks like the case??

I'm absolutely so excited about being here at The Village at the Creek Apartments. I just moved in and this location, process and the care are amazing. Smooth transition with an affordable rent. Pet friendly with family vibe. I'm so happy 😊 Kelvin Marshall the leasing agent was Organize, professional and dedicated, which made the entire process smooth.

I lived that apartment for 2 years. I didn’t like living in the apartment. There was roaches, floors was damaged and dirty. The walls were stained. My next door neighbor played loud music all the time every weekend and weekday. They have bad services. There was an old homeless woman was crazy and harmful kept on stealing package next to our door. She comes all the time and people call the police on her. So I had to moved to a new place that wasn’t for me anymore.

Disappointing experience I've been a resident for a while, but the lack of maintenance and respect from the leasing team is appalling. The AC issue is a recurring problem. Last year, it took around a month to resolve, and now it's happening again. It's been over two weeks since the AC stopped working, and my family is suffering in the heat. My daughters have even come down with a fever due to the unbearable temperatures. To make matters worse, the window frame in our apartment is damaged and won't open, making it even more uncomfortable. The leasing team's response has been inadequate, and I feel disrespected. I've had to visit the office multiple times, and still, nothing has been done. Last year, I had issues with the stove, which took a week to fix, and I was forced to buy food outsi
