Village at the Arbors

I love living here! The location is convenient to everything and the community offers all the amenities I need. I love the pool in the summer and the free gym! It was easy to make my apartment feel like home with the spacious layout and big closets. Moving is stressful but the staff was amazing at helping me find an affordable home and made my move very easy. They are very welcoming and professional!

Wouldn’t advise my enemy to live here. Filled with rodents and bugs. You pay for pest control in your rent but they never come. Both people in the leasing office are beyond ignorant and useless. They never have answers to anything even the charges they put into your accounts. Moving in you’ll have to clean up whatever maintenance leaves behind in the place EVEN when you do a walk through and the assistant manager takes pictures and notes it’ll never be cleaned fixed or resolved. Sewage leak? Be prepared to have a whole in your ceiling for a month before it gets fixed and closed. And god forbid you submit a complaint then they try to harass you. Want a place to live and feel like you’re in jail all at once? This is the place for you.

I had an excellent experience working with Jay, and I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and care he brought to the entire leasing process. From the moment I reached out, Jay was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He answered every question clearly, provided helpful recommendations, and made sure I understood all my options without ever feeling rushed or pressured.

I am currently living here and I can say most of these reviews are true and it’s a shame. These townhomes are definitely infested with MICE !!!! and when you tell the rental off they brush you off and say pest control will come INSANE and they don’t come !!!!! I have had at least 4 holes and maintenance did not do what they were supposed to do and patch them up they instead they spray foam and tell you this will keep the mice out which is not true !!!! These holes have been here since I first moved in so they knew they just don’t care enough to fix everything.

One the worst places, I don’t have some the other problems that others have. However these apartments need new rentals office people and new management. Every time you turn around there’s something wrong, no water, no power, broken this and that.
