Village at Reedy Creek Townhomes by True Homes

I came to tour this community excited about the possibility of becoming a homeowner. Rochelle was amazing — friendly, helpful, and so kind to my one-year-old. However, when I was passed off to Stacey, the experience took a negative turn. Even though I saw Rochelle giving a full tour to another couple, Stacey told me to tour the property on my own. We awkwardly sat for a while in the office with minimal conversation before she even said this, which I felt was a complete waste of time. She also assumed I couldn’t afford the place and redirected me to another community without giving me a fair chance. I told her what my rent used to be at an apartment and she proceeded to ask “if I was living comfortably”. I left feeling judged and discouraged. I truly hope this behavior is addressed so other

Reedy Creek Townhomes by True Homes is truly a hidden gem in Charlotte. From the moment I arrived, the experience was outstanding.
