Village at Hyde Park

Ms. Hodge is the property manager of this complex. She is very through and explains everything the day of lease signing. She also goes above and beyond to assist both residents and non- residents trying to become residents. She puts the needs of her tenants first. She makes herself available to address any concerns or issues that may arise and she works diligently to ensure the property is well-maintained and safe for everyone. Her attention to detail and clear communication make her an exceptional property manager.-Mrs. Brown

Would not recommend anyone to move here unless you have no where else to go. When I moved in Mrs Kimberly helped me get an apartment and was very helpful. Well, they got rid of the original office staff and that's when I began to have issues. You have absolutely no privacy because they want to do inspections every month and never come when they say they will, always a week or two later so there is no proper notice. Also, they threaten you with eviction even when they have no proof of claims. They made me move my car that was on the lease while I was in the process of getting it fixed. After it was fixed they told me I can't have my car that's in my name on the property because they saw my boyfriend driving it and he was no longer allowed on the property. I'm trying to contact the manager at the village at Hyde Park but can't get anyone I lived there from April 2022- Oct 2022 had a bad experience but heard they are under new management would love to try again the apartment was beautiful but management wasn't to good at that time I heard it was much better now

I was forced to put a 1 star for it would have been 0 star 1) keshs wasn't rude she was real 2) it ain't clean, its polluted with roaches and other critters, developed soriasis on a brand new clean bed. Further was masking a dry rot smell from a dead body across hall that was ignored for a month, b now they threaten me with a 7 day vacate threat to vacate when all the tenants smoke crack and Marijuana smells in hallway. Its ok if so, another dead body found upstairs, scared to die too and too spooky. Its for elderly old folks. I've been robbed, bullied, exploited from too, cheap rent ain't everything, be careful they refuse mail and packages even if medically necessary, and they won't print even a piece of paper, sadly I regret donating a Ream of printing, so guess have to take as loss

HANDS DOWN the friendliest STAFF and MANAGEMENT TEAM we didn't expect at first! The staff (ladies) knew how to treat my loved ones with DIGNITY this week in a difficult situation. Thank you so much for that ❤️
