Village At Four Hills

I have been living here for nearly 5 years, since December 2017. I enjoy it here very much. There is a community feel about the place, neighbors talk to each other and we do look out for one another. The management is some of the best I've dealt with. Leticia and Dawn are wonderful. The maintenance crew completes work orders promptly. The apartments are serviced by 3 bus lines including the ART. There are 2 grocery stores, a movie theater, several restaurants and a park within walking distance. Looking for a comfortable place to call home? Give these apartments a look.

I have lived here for a little over 2 years and have had quite the pleasant experience. Everywhere I have lived I can say there's this and that that's wrong, but generally speaking, I have been satisfied. What makes the difference is the management team. I guarantee you will not find a better manager than Leticia. She is as real and compassionate as they get. She cares so much about this property and it is something you can really see in her. Rent has increased astronomically in this city and yes there have been increases here, but the difference is money gets poured into the property which is honestly something I've NEVER seen in any other place I've lived in this city. I have read some of the previous reviews and I have never had an issue with rodents, but I have had seasonal issues with

Seriously! They're supposed to spray for bugs every month, they only have sprayed twice in the 10 months we've been here. They're supposed to supply doggie bags and clean out the trash cans, that's why we pay their pet rent. They do "monthly inspections" will give you a 24 hour notice of entering the apartment, will show up anytime between 24 hours and a week, IF they show up for the inspection, you MUST be home or you FAIL their inspections. (So taking a day off of work for "we might show up tomorrow"). And the office is almost ALWAYS closed during office hours. It's a hit or miss if it's going to be open. Which makes it a real hassle to do laundry since the only machine to put money on your laundry card is in the office which is always locked. Can not wait until our lease is up!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all. First, the ants and mice are just too much to handle. You buy your food and can't safely store them without the mice getting to them. Secondly, I was out of town and they let people in my apartment without notifying me and my things got stolen. And finally, this place is just a mess. They pressure you to sign the lease and then can't fix anything. Complete disgrace!

10/25/22 7:12p.m. They will not answer the after hours phone calls. We lost heating on the water heater or boiler. We can't bath! Where is the on call employee? This is an emergency post so they can get urgent request. Obviously, no one is answering the our calls. No accountability. Thanks for nothing management. Have a wonderful day. : )
