Village at Delray Apartments

Titus The maintenance guy he is absolutely wonderful. He has gone out of his way to help us with any issues we have had inside our apartment. We do appreciate him. he needs to be recognized thank you, Titus for all you’ve done

I have been trying to contact the community for several days now and have gotten no response. Does anyone work at the front desk?

I have lived here for 3 years and I never experienced any problems. The manager Maria and her staff are very professional. When I have a problem with something in my apartment which is rarely they fix it right away. The community is quiet and kept clean. My children enjoy the soccer field, pool, and kids play area. Great place to live.

The pool is so dirty when they come to “clean it” they don’t Evan do that it is dirty and there is mole around the pool and the walls are dirty

The staff at Village at Delray is phenomenal. I visited there with a friend looking for a place to rent. Angie provided great assistance when we have questions about availability and the living environment. The Community manager Maria is very nice and helpful. From my visit there, I can see that they work as a team to make sure the customers are satisfied. I definitely recommended this place. Thank you, Angie and Maria.
