Village Apartments

Everytime I try to call the office building they never awnser during their work hours, and their automated messages don’t let you talk to a real person. Not to mention you can’t even leave a message after a while it just hangs up on you. Thanks to that there’s no reliable way to get ahold of their management.

They like to suck you dry for money even when your low income and don’t let them act as if they don’t know shas rules and regulations they been dealing with housing a long long time they’re not new!!!

Amazing apartments. I've been here for as long as i can remember. The people are kind, friendly, and very likable. Unlike past comments, I find this place very relaxing. It has air conditioning, car roofs, maintenance, and the doors are different colors for the different apt numbers. Friendly animals, while they don't allow pets, about everyone has a dog or a cat. The office is in the middle, cheap rent, and very close to places like winco( a grocery store), many restaurants, and others like schools. While the residents may be noisy sometimes(very rare as far as I know), it can be a very pleasant experience.

These are the worst apartments/dwellings/anything I've ever lived in and I've lived in a motel. The kids are digusting, rude, and destructive. They throw rocks and food and smoke weed whilst being seemingly under 10. They have no respect for others property and will go as far to tamper with vehicles. They completely ruin the place because besides them the apartments are decently nice. Unfortunately due to the fact they torment people in their own apartments there is nothing redeemable about this place.

I live in a home down below these apartments. Constantly kids are jumping our fence, throwing trash in our yard, and I find it absolutely disrespectful. Kids are always in groups screaming, cussing, fighting, and it is horrible. I have called informing them of this and the complex does nothing. I do not appreciate unsupervised children throwing apple at my dogs and in my fence. And when we kindly ask them to step away from the fence they begin kicking it. It's absolutely rude. The kids there ruin my property and that's disrespectful on so many levels. Get stricter rules. Seriously.
