Village Apartments

This property worries about anything BUT your apartment. Constantly threatening calling TOW TRUCKS on renters. Constantly having water shut off or water issues. The "playground " they advertise is ONE singular slide. The "gym" is 2 treadmills in a 12x12 room with NO AC and is hardly ever open. The laundry is 2 rooms with NO AC. They cut the grass every. single. day. The balcony they advertise is just for show no grilling, no storing, no basic function for it and they are constantly taking photos and monitoring you without consent. Rent goes up every year but nothing to show for it, would not recommend. Office managers email like catty children, very unprofessional.

Mickey is the best. The place was okay while staying there. Lots of sirens and constant traffic but it was fine. After moving though, the apartments tried to bill me for extra cleaning fees and painting fees. it was only me and my girlfriend living there. We are both clean people, don’t party and are gone a lot. It makes no since why we wouldn’t get our deposit back and on top of it charged more. I even left my fridge for them to give to another resident that lived across the way. They are scandalous. Mickey is the best. The other two ladies who work there need major customer service classes.

I moved in a few months ago and love it. This place reminds me of New York. It's a very sweet little community but it has the sounds of sirens due to the hospital nearby. It isn't all that noisy. It just depends on your location. The people are great. There are all ages from retirees to young families. The management does what they can to make sure the property is clean and safe - and that everything works. This can be hard because the different buildings have different owners. The only reason I give them four stars and not five is because I think they need to paint my building. I love it here. The proper managers are very nice and are proactive on any issues. The maintenance guys are awesome and fast. The price is amazing for OC. You can go anywhere in Orange County within

Spent most of my life there, Has laundry room but charged way too much to use them, has park, 2 pools. Each building is owned by different people so depending on which building you’re living in is how nice or updated your apparent will be. Rent is steep for what you get though.

Very nice apartments. Friendly property management professionals. Safe Neighborhood. Very close proximity to shopping malls, restaurants, good schools. Close to a very big park. Clean swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Come and Enjoy your stay.
