A great community & neighbors. A really communicative community. New management has poor communication skills (yells or talks to children) & controlling living rules compared to before. If you were thinking about living here save your money 🫂

Management is great things taken care right away. Great community everyone helps each other and make each other doing well. Even the gardeners and security guard are helpful. The only thing that is sad in San Diego California in general is cost of living is really high and people tend to drive too fast making walking scary. Best vitamin D you will ever get.

Love Living Here, But Laundry Theft is a Problem I really enjoy living here; the community is great, the newer apartments are great and well-maintained, it’s a good place to call home. But there’s one issue: clothes keep getting stolen from the laundry room, and despite the security cameras, it keeps happening. I know management is aware of the problem, but it doesn’t seem like much is being done to actually stop it. What’s the point of having cameras if nothing changes? At the very least, there should be better monitoring or consequences for whoever’s doing this. If the issue gets handled, this place would be nearly perfect. If you’re thinking about moving in, just know that your wardrobe might start mysteriously shrinking. I just hope something is done before more residents lose their

I have really disappointed with manager in Village Apartment located in Linda Vista, Guadalupe she is do gossip and covering her friends with bad behavior. We are living over 10 years she doesn't want to remodel my apartment. But for some people they even paint the walls. She supposed to treat everybody the same and be professional. Also one of her helpers Juan super sarcastic and passive aggressive towards me and my family

Do not move here! I have been telling the office manager for awhile regarding the non working laundry machines and they have not done anything about it half of these machines have not been working for months (see photos), and don't get me started about the whole neighborhood throwing parties almost every weekend having tents outside. It seriously looks like a freaking block party. Its ridiculous especially with the large amount that I'm paying for rent not worth it.
