Bedbugs in SEVERAL buildings for over 11 months now (and they charge tenants to throw away furniture or do laundry to try to get rid of them). Cockroaches. Rats. Rent miscalculations. Possible black mold (they didn’t test it, just covered it up with new flooring). I’m amazed someone hasn’t fallen this winter yet and sued them because of the packed down snow creating an ice rink on the sidewalks. Also no privacy as staff are friends with some residents and selective rule enforcement/benefits for certain residents. Retaliation for speaking up about ongoing issues. They never fix anything properly the first time creating a waste of money and everyone’s time. Every employee does the least amount of work possible. They will tell you what you want to hear but never actually take care of
