The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents’ comfort. Any maintenance requests submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. The apartments themselves are spacious, comfortable, and offer great value.

Absolutely the worst place to live! Don’t even waste you money to this rat infested, mold infested, roach infested disgusting apartment! They never fixed nothing ever. I had constant leak for 3 whole months nobody came, mold was bad a police officer had to tell me to evacuate and leave it was unlivable. Mold so bad it was black n got me and son sick! Maggots in sink! Because they never fixed garbage disposal! Disgusting apartments!

When I tell you, I don't even know where to begin! I mean, just that. if you're looking for somewhere to live, keep looking. Do not come here unless you enjoy living with Riff Raff. These people do not care about where they raised their children. I have never! when I tell you grown folks trifle, which means they're raising trifling behind kids. No cameras, which means they are breaking into your cars, throwing trash everywhere, fighting, violence, vandalism, and homeless people living behind the dumpster. Oh, don't let me forget to mention that the water pipes are always busted, so they're always turning off the water. Stray Cats, mice, rats, possums, raccoons and roaches and they talk about pest control which you'll never see when I say horrible I mean awful and for all that you'll pay ab

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I absolutely love my apartment and the unit that I am in. However, management is HORRIBLE. They don’t respond to you. Whenever I call, they never answer the phone, work orders are always marked as “complete” but no one ever shows up, etc. My unit has flooded TWICE & I’ve only been here 6 months. The first time was not even 2 weeks after I moved in. They knew my apartment was flooding and said nothing about it until I brought it to their attention. The second time, I was told to just make a work order, which they NEVER do or respond to. And it was a big argument just to get them to clean the carpet which still has NOT been done. & when I asked to be moved into a new unit, I was told that nothing was available and I would have to be reapproved by the corporate office eve

First of all I have no reason to lie so trust and believe this is all true.i applied and took care of everything (app,fees,stubs,Id) on time .Today is Friday 6 days later.No response to emails text or calls. I just called this morning and they hung up on me. I thought they was trying to get us in but I guess not. They did a great job of first impressions as they seemed to be reliable, trustworthy,honest and human with heart of morals. Me and my family gave you all our money that we can't afford to lose and just give it all away while knowing our time is short having to be out of our current apartment by the 1st. Staff I know you are all better than this so please take this as positive criticism
