Villa Victoria

Update I did have to take this property to court for my security deposit last year. There is an active judgment and court fees plus double security is owed to me . No one showed up in court . So many people hands on paper work and so many property managers came and left while I was there for 3 years . I’m not a senior and was eligible due to disability a lot of people passed judgment and so many people are nosy . Living here was just a stepping stone . I am glad to be out of there . The apartments are spacious just keep to yourself don’t make no friends and stay on top of your paper work because you will have to take them to court for your money.

This building management is atrocious. If you care for your elderly family do not allow them to live in this building. They do not care about their tenants they only care about collecting the rent from these low income individuals. Here we are 9 months later and my father has still not received his security deposit back. Their response is they changed property managers mid summer and are not allowed to disclose their property manager information or accounting contact information but have no update and will "keep emailing" them. This lack of resolution for a senior citizen is pitiful. The spanish speaking office worker pretends not to speak spanish so she doesnt have to give an explanation. How pathetic is that.

property is infested with roaches and mice. They can never keep a property manager they seem to always quit. maintenance workers are lazy. Do not move into this property, you will regret it.

I lived there from August 1984 to February 3 2003 I moved because the area was getting bad the building was nice and the manager mrs Davis was fairly decent my mom and I lived in the townhouse and when she passed I was put into the seniors building which was hard to deal with at age 23 most of my old neighbors whom I knew passed away I don’t even go there anymore since moving away

I live in the building of Villa Victoria for 9 years .The people here are very nice to.I have wonderful friends where I live.Management is wonderful also
