Villa Terrassa

Do NOT buy a home here! Living at Villa Terrassa has been a nightmare. The HOA is completely unreasonable and constantly harasses residents. You’re not even allowed to park your own car in the guest spots when you have guests— even with a valid guest permit, they’ll still tow you. It’s like they’re looking for reasons to fine and punish you. The rules are excessive, When they change the rules, they don’t even give you 24 hours. They say immediately, so you get towed or find. They try to control every aspect of your life here. To make matters worse, the playground — the only real space for kids — is infested with roaches at night. It’s disgusting and clearly not maintained. Save yourself the stress. This place is not worth it.

I love the way woodside home's built the rest of these two story homes. They are big inside and bathrooms have large windows and built-ins. Just amazing. The builder took pride in these house. Parking is hard but if you have less than two cars you should be fine.
