Villa Santa Maria Apartments

I walked in to look for an apartment for my grandmother and the atmosphere was fantastic, the office had a resident activity and they welcomed us and gifted us some delicious waffles. They explained they have a lot of activities throught the month for residents. Areli the manager was very informative and Jessica assisted in placing my grandma in the affordable waitlist. This is a hidden Gem for seniors. It’s nice, clean, quiet, and a place to call home. I look forward to having my grandmother live here soon.

I have been living here for 11 years and the resident activities have been amazing for that last 7 months. Dave cooks some of the events the office holds monthly and the food is just excellent. Areli the manager is very kind and sweet, she takes the time to help me when i need it, and Jessica is always with a big smile ready to conquer the day.

Great apartment complex. All Office staff are so kind, professional. The events are great love that we as neighbors can get together on one accord and get to know each other because we might need each other in an emergency. Would like a game day, for board games and cards and any other games.

Coming up this January 2026, It will be two years at the Villa Santa Maria Apartments. The staff is exemplary in the professional management of the property. It is reflected in the maintenance and upkeep of the property grounds. Most importantly, the staff truly care about the residents. While I can only speak from my own experience, living in the community, you often hear about how residents’ needs and concerns are taken seriously. It is a quiet and pleasant living environment. Living in a safe environment with like-minded seniors is a top priority that my neighbors and I truly value.
