PLEASE READ THIS!! This apartment was the worst living experience of my life. I do not even know where to start. When we first moved in we were not told about the termite infestation and instead discovered it when coming home to a swarm of them eating our clothes. When calling the manager to complain about the upkeep of the grounds, we were told to be quiet and that we just need to write a report...which is why I was calling because my reports were being ignored. The laundry room was never clean. There were missing doors on the washer and dryers and never got fixed up until we left. There were leaks and trash all over that room that took FOREVER to be cleaned. Along with trash around the property being left for months. We were told we could not have a shoe rack right outside our door whic

Good luck trying to move into this place. After you lease for a yr. it becomes month to month. At any point in time they will tear up your contract if the resident decides very last minute they want to stay for another month. They tore my contract up three times because residents decided to stay very last minute. 3 days before move in. If they don't have a vacancy don't expect to move in at the time stated.

High prices, terrible agency taking care of property, and very small rooms. There is no separator between the kitchen and sleeping room. It takes a long time for anything to be fixed, I waited a week to get my kitchen electricity fixed. The apartment also shares the parking lot with small businesses and you see all kinds of random people walking around the property.

All studios with kitchen and bath. Rent is high for the area. Has a small pool. Shares parking lot with small business building. Built about 20 years ago.

Location is good,If you are a resident you can get a parking space as well.A small pool,loundary is also their,Only persons that are living over their are allowed to use these facilities.This place is directly attached to the el camino road but if you use google nevigation system it will lead you to back side of the residential area where from you can not enter.Someone must have to update the google map.
