Villa Rodriguez Apartments

I Started living here since 2021. The apartments are great. Office staff and maintenance are very professional. The Apartments are quiet, clean and pet friendly. Perfect location too. Theres HEB and a Walmart down the street. Maintenance gets stuff fixed same day. My A/C went out a few months back they got it working the same day that I reported it. Anyone looking for a place to call home? Choose Villa Rodriguez Apartments.

This is an extremely nice to live. The staff that runs the place is extremely nice, helpful and funny, unlike other communities! One of the best things is the maintenance, the problems are handled quickly and properly unlike a lot of other places. The community is friendly and a lot of perks, there are easy access bus stops on both sides of the street and very close to stores. Also, the swimming pools are very well kept and they are very clean.

Been here 1 year, can't wait to move. Constant roach problems. My hollow core door from my outdoor laundry broke because of swelling of said doors, the wind blew it open. I did not report it the day it happened and now that I'm moving they want to charge me for it. Cheap bldg materials yield bad longevity.. I wouldn't recommend this place at all...

I've been to numerous apartment complexes some nicer and some not as nice but I can honestly say thestaff here treated me very well, I didn't ever feel like I wasn't wanted or anything negative. I recently moved in and I'm. Planing on having a nice stay. Thank you to. The staff. This is an update to my previous review when I moved into these apartments I was there 6 months I did sign a 12-month lease but I was offered an apartment brand new for much less than I was paying here and I moved and they somehow found a way to keep all 1200 of my deposit money for my dog's me everything be aware of that because if you move in here you're not going to get any of your money back even though I gave them a good review and I left my apartment spotless the carpet that said was new was not new and it

10/10 They really go above and beyond to provide beautiful place to live. The office staff is very professional and Samantha was very helpful illustrating me through my application and through the property to find my new home.
