A baby just got shot here. Unsafe, rude staff, incompetent maintenance, homeless and drug addicts everywhere, people constantly in the dumpsters.

I went to my 2:30 pm appointment with Jordyn Hertzog and she's the manager there and she basically lied in my face. I was explaining to her that it was imperative that l had to move immediately because my home was falling apart and l asked her upfront about the housing choice vouchers so she knew l had one and waited until today ,the day of the appointment with her and decided before l could put in my application that she was not going to let me put my application in for the property. She walked with me to the apartment door and then turned me back around and basically refused me service and stated," you can put in application at Harvard Court apartments down the street". This was so wrong of her . So l sent her a message after l left and got back home : "Thank you for having me waste my

Omg. Our new owners rock. They have came in and have began to make great changes from day one. I have never seen anything like it. They told us upon their new ownership that things would change and become better. They kept their promise big time. I wake up everyday to see what new they have done. Our new mgr is awesome. She cares, she's attentive and gets things done with satisfaction to tenants. They are getting the job done. The tenants are amazed and pleased. Thank you for all you do!!!

Wow, great job under the new management team! Organized. Thorough. Prompt. I'm grateful for all the upgrades and improvements. Can't say enough about how much impressive transformation this property has undergone.

Our management is amazing! Jordan (manager) and Vinny (maintenance tech) rock!! They just installed a nice new dumpster enclosure right next to my building so I don’t have to take my trash across the apartment community to throw it out! They are prompt in completing maintenance and communicating with us! They let me know when I have reserved packages at the office, and they are very kind. I cannot give them enough praise, they are the best people I have rented from. I am proud to show my friends and family where I live and at an affordable price too. You can’t beat this place in this economy!
