Villa Pacifica Apartments

Moving into Villa Pacifica Apartments was an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience thanks to Itzel. From the very beginning, she was friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions I had. She guided me through every step of the process with patience and clarity, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Itzel went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready for my move-in date, and her communication was always prompt and helpful.

My first week there TPD SWAT stormed someones apartment and there was a standoff with police in another. The nightmare only got worse after that. Police are a common site there. Furthermore, staff are complete derelicts. The office personnel held packages of mine for days before giving them to me despite my requests for them. The one girl working there told me I couldn't use the mail box and had to take my outgoing mail to the post office. Several times the management entered my apartment without notice, 48 hours or otherwise. I asked for simple maintenance in my apartment for two years and the office never once put a work order in. I changed my air filter once in two years despite numerous attempts to get a new one. Nobody on the maintenance crew speaks English so I couldn't even ask them

I live here for almost 4 yrs. I’ve seen these apartments have their ups and downs. When Lupita was here, she would always go above and beyond. It’s the simple things that residents like. For example when you see them walking the property Lupita would always smile say hi, and ask about kids, but now.. you don’t get a damn smile out for the new girls. You walk in the office and they look at you like you are bothering them. Also, I seen them pick and choose who they like. My car window got smashed by another resident. When I went to ask for them to check the cameras. They told me I had to call the cops and they can get a copy. I totally understand. But when I was outside talking to a resident, they told me their car got crashed from another resident and they went on the office and they showed

Since Anna and the Property manager left and these new people showed up it's been nothing but drama with these new people , I reported i ended getting bed bugs and a note was put on my door that I'm in Violation which didn't make Since and the letter said my lease agreement would be Terminated because of it then Recently another note was put on my door about bed bugs again which this time theirs no bed bugs in my apartment .And they won't take my word that I don't have them.and it's Embarrassing . Since these people took over the apartment things not the same since Anna and the Property manager left. After my lease is up I plan on moveing ,I feel like im being Harassed,I never been late on my rent and I stay to my self. And About a month ago they insisted to get in my apartmen

All the ladies are very respectful and warm welcoming big shout out to Val for doing everything in her power to give me and my baby a safe home as well as the other girlys . Cheers to new new beginnings
