Villa Medici Apartments

I moved to Villa Medici in November of 2024 but deliberately waited until now to make sure my “honeymoon” experience would still be my experience months later. Without a doubt I can say VM is just about heaven on earth! It is the best kept secret in Overland Park. First, every aspect of the initial process was smooth as butter. JJ (assistant manager) and Alice Hulen (property manager) are extremely knowledgeable, cordial, and respond immediately to my questions, concerns, or special requests. Each time, they’ve had a ‘yes, we can’ attitude, unlike some complexes in which every request is met with NO. This can do attitude continues to be the case until this day. After much searching and thought, we decided on living at Villa Medici apartments in Overland Park. What a great decision that ended up being. The neighborhood style community, with walking paths, pool/grill area and workout facilities were just a few of the reasons it was a great experience. The grounds and apartment hallways/entry ways are maintained impeccably. The maintenance staff when needed arrived promptly to fix any issue (if which there were only a few problems) and always were timely, courteous and professional. The office staff, Alice and JJ were wonderful to work with. Hands down a 10/10 experience. We highly recommend!

As ten year residents, my husband and I have had a very positive experience living at Villa Medici and enjoying the property as our home. This management team is the best and our maintenance supervisor is prompt and knowledgeable. Our property is unlike other complexes in the city — stop by and check it out!

I haved lived in Villa Medici for 3 years and sadly had to leave for work. It is Johnson Counties hidden gem. It's gated, peaceful and safe. Many amenities and perfect location. I'll probably never find another. A true sanctuary. Ask for JJ or Alice and they will take care of you!! Great neighbors at VM too. Everyone looks out for on another.

My time at Villa Medici was peaceful and I had zero issues with amenities. JJ and Alice were awesome and were always available if I had questions or concerns. The gated community is nice and I never had any trouble with neighbors. Its a very wonderful place to live, I recommend it.
