Property management has a constant turnover, never respond to phone calls. Property was updated but has many construction issues, considering the company that built the complex is also the company that owns them this doesn’t sit well. Craftsmanship is lacking. Prices are increased mid contract. While they do have lawn maintenance there are several areas that are just dirt without any plants and this makes the property look terrible. Mold in apartment will be called mildew and you’ll be told that it’s not hazardous to your health. Tenants are responsible for normal wear and tear in property, including paint and wall repair, even though these issues may not be repaired or done when you move in.
