Villa Hermosa

Called randomly to see if i can see an apartment today and Ms renee made time even though they were about to close to show me an apt i was interested and not only that but when we walked back towards the office i asked about a casita and she went above and beyond and said i can show you that one to if you have time... lets go she highly lead today with exceptional customer service.

This is my first apartment and it has been a beautiful experience. The leasing office and maintenance have been really attentive and quick at resolving any issues. The grounds are constantly being monitored and cleaned.

The new management and maintenance staff are awesome here. Both Trish and Renee are very helpful with all situations for all us residents. I appreciate all the effort and hard work they provide for all of us.

If I could give zero I would! I’ve been living here a year and half! It’s the worst! When it was ran by grey star the office management at least answered the phone! They would help. The new management does very shady work. Back in may I renewed my least but July 1st they had rent increase never notified me. Added a bunch of charges. I’m not one to ever be late on my rent but since July it’s been on going problems. This complex is money hungry but don’t fix nothing!!! My roof leaks EVERYTIME it rains. I notify management everytime they say they’ll look at it. But when ? It’s in my daughter’s room and now with rainy weather approaching I guess I’m just screwed. The wall in my bathroom has water leaking with in the walls but they don’t care. Please if your smart don’t rent from them unless yo

This complex seems to turn the other cheek when it comes to emergencies, our gas meter was tampered with and all they said was called the gas company. It got so bad that the gas company had to lock our meter down on Vermosa still does nothing we’ve asked to downgrade but no word yet you think something like a carbon monoxide leak wood have them get us out of here immediately, but apparently it’s our problem
