If you love living with mice, then please go ahead and rent. In a month i caught 16 mice in a clean and well kept home and that has been going on for 3 years! They still charge you monthly for "pest control fee" for doing nothing." They do not care about anything but give you violations. Their maintenance will go around taking pictures but wouldn't report their own people. People will break into your car or hit your car, and they will not do anything about it. They are rude, and very dismissive. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Mice will be in your food, bed, kitchen, everywhere. Response to your reply - your pest control do not do nothing. I just recently moved into the complex. There are great things and not so great things about the complex. The good things are the apartments even my 1 bedroom is spacious. Not so great things not a lot of thought was put into remodeling. The bathroom has no electrical outlets as large as it is? Not good at all! That is a must for any bathroom! There are far too many vehicles on the premises that have flat tires, broke down, etc. Trash needs to be kept up better around facility and around trash receptacles. The office staff and maintenance personelle are very kind and personable always willing to help. The complex handles maintenance issues quickly and efficiently. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I have received as a resident and my apartment. A definite 4 out of 5 stars!

Villa del sol is a very nice neighborhood to live. I have been here for 3 yrs and every year it seems better. Office staff amazing, the manager is on it when it comes to any issues or concerns I have. My maintenance work orders get completed the same day. The community looks beautiful, they do good job maintaining it nice and clean . I have recommended this neighborhood to many friends. Thank you villa del sol family .

Jazmin is a wonderful representative of the apartment. Shes warmly and respectful always willing to help to the very last inquiry you might have.

This is a beautiful place and I always enjoy having my place here and living here- the staff is a beautiful staff and they care for all the residents and everybody in the community.
