Villa De Valencia Apartments

These apartments & staff, are completely garbage, they raised my rent without my acknowledgement, they had me owning 20 grand, they never fixx anything. Especially if you are Black, I had Black mold in my bathroom, kitchen, air ducts, my tub, had iron rust, paint peeling off the tub. I was there for 3yrs and all my maintenance orders was ignored, I never got anything new, they turned off the water, so I wasn't able to flush my toilet, had to poop & pee, in bags. I believe the maintenance guy & my neighbor was sleeping around, cause everytime I tried to place a work order it was ignored, but as soon as she places one. He's there in a heartbeat. The pictures they post on their website is completely lies and probably stolen from someone else website. If I was you, don't move here. It

I moved here in April 2025, so it hasn't been that long since I've been here but lemme tell you something. When I signed my lease I was told the pool would be opening for the summer in about a week, that would be mid April. Never got an email or saw signs that the pool opened. Thats fine! In May, we got our first email that the water would be shut off for a water leak. Since than, I've gotten 8 separate emails, from May-August 2025, that maintenance would be shutting off our water because of water leaks around the complex. It's frustrating...Today I didn't even get the email til noon, so they just shut off the water mid day... Initially there was a person running the office who never seemed to be at work. This person wound up leaving and Andrea took over as manager. Once Andrea took over everything changed for the better. Andrea always had a great attitude when I needed her help. Overall, It was nice staying at Villa De Valencia.

Ms.Ida is the best manager they have had in a long time! She goes above and beyond for her residents and is very professional and sweet. I hope she never leaves and she needs a raise lol shes awesome! The apartments are very spacious and in a quiet area . I love it here

No longer live here…. Since 2019 but it was a good place at time. . . Been living here for about 4 years now, no problems so far, no bugs issues, very quiet complex. Besides some obnoxious ppl that like to be noisy after hours, our jumping into the pool but, Nothing compare to the complex next to us whispering hills were there's always cops back and forth almost everyday. Another thing is some ppl (residents/visitors)that do not know were the trash belongs and make their true education show. Office ladies the 2 Gloria's are really nice and cool.
