Villa De Paz Apartments

This place has been the biggest disappointed ever. I rather pay 1000$ a month than stay here ever again. I got bed bugs twice and the manager wants to charge me for having them a second time. I'm clean, I don't dumpster dive like the rest of the community there. I've had to throw away 80% of my stuff. Have no beds, no furniture and my daughter lost almost all her plush toys. This place is trash! Everything is old and falling apart, smells like permanent stench of cigarettes. Please don't move in to this place its not worth it my neighbors got bed bugs 3 times and my bottom neighbors got it twice as well. Did I mention I got bed bugs the first week I was there. Seriously don't get into this place you'll Cry when your throwing everything you own in the dumpster. I repeat the manager will bl

WARNING!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT! YOU WILL GET BED BUGS IN THIS PLACE. The Villa De Paz corporate office will blame you for you getting bed bugs and will force you to pay for the treatment. All of our surrounding neighbors had them multiple times..The neighbors go dumpster diving, and the places are run down. We are very clean, very to ourselves people and NEVER had bugs in our life before. Once we moved in we got them twice now in under one year! This is crazy man! We told them we wanted to leave rent free next month, they first complied, then said we have to cover treatment services. We took back our 30days because we couldn't afford to pay...and now they want rent and treatment money with no negotiation! Truly enjoy this quaint complex. The grounds are kept well manicured and the facilities, pools and laundry, are clean and well serviced. There is not a lot of noise or traffic around and the office manager, Jan, is always on top of any issues or concerns. I do wish however that the a/c units were updated and larger, the windows were better quality/insulated and the pool was heated or open later/longer in the year. Alot could be done to update things but in turn the rent would increase so...I'm satisfied given the rent is very affordable. If you want my 2c I would install solar panels on a majority of the roofs and parking canopies this would cut down on your electricity costs and enable you to put a heater on the pool. Definitely could get some government funding for this.

Manager Jan? She can't be trusted. When I first met her she seemed so nice, don't fall for it. She will lie to your face and cut your throat smiling at you the whole time
