Villa De Oro Apartments

Sorry but I’m not living here anymore I specifically emailed the property management that I was leaving. I left on 12/17/25. I would go to office and no one would be there. I would call to the office and 1 lady would be there and sometimes no one would answer. A lot of residents would complain about the management. They had a resident on property and destroyed the building. Another resident had to chase him down and report it. Then all the dumpers were full of trash for like 3 weeks they were not keeping up with the property. I spoke to several tenants and they were also leaving due to the same situation. The living there was nice and quiet and residents were friendly. The only big issue I had was the broken down elevator. I’m wheel chair bound and live on 3rd floor. I had to call the fire department to get me down so that I can go stay with relatives. Not only that it took over a month to get it up and running again. Didn’t stay there for over a month but I still had to pay the rent. That’s my only down fall.

Just moved into our new apartment a month ago and I love it here. The apartments are beautiful. I love how there are many shopping centers and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and everyone sticks to themselves. They have a cute pool and nice clubhouse as well. The manager Gabby was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process of getting me and my husband into our new apartment. Savanna the leasing agent was very friendly and is always handling any questions or concerns I have. Overall the staff is great and helpful when you need them. I would definitely refer family or friends to this apartment!

We haven’t moved here yet but the staff is super helpful and polite. Alexis the manager guided my husband and I through the application process and so far everything has been smooth. They have done an amazing job accommodating to us being that we are moving from another state. I am super impressed so far with the price, unit, and community and will be updating my review after we move in officially. We are so excited ! Update to my review: We moved in and there were roaches all over our unit, and it smelled heavy of smoke, even though we were told this was a smoke free community! Lived here for a year before moving out due to finally being able to move into a house. This place gets a bad wrap due to the old management and maintenance issues but the new management & staff are great and do everything they can to accommodate the residents. The neighborhood surrounding this place is safe and quiet. Most of my neighbors that I had while staying here were quiet and kept to themselves but I never felt unsafe. Definitely worth looking into if your seeking a cheap apartment with few issues.
