If I could give no stars I would. I moved out June 1st, 2024. Was supposed to receive my full deposit back and to this day I still have no deposit. I gave them my address 4 times and still no deposit. I went into the office and the current manager acts as if she doesn't remember her telling the girl in the front to get my address when I turned the keys in. All I got was the run around. I just might have to sue them at this point.

Karla the property manager has a disgusting nasty attitude. I was frustrated because my apartment was flooded and this is the 5th time I’m calling about the same issue. Karla had the nerve to get an attitude with me because I was frustrated because emergency maintenance did not come to my unit last night after calling them repeatedly. What kind of property manger gets an attitude with about a problem that they have not fixed. I don’t bother nobody in the office but come on and fix the issue it’s not only me it’s other people in same building. The apartment never give a notice when there is a small changes only when is convenient to them. Last night a visitor came to visit me and her car was towed in the VISITOR PARKING!. After I checked where she had parked there was a sign that now visitors have to register their car online, what is this a 5 star apartment!? I’ve been living here for the past two years and I just have to come find out by my visitor’s car getting towed that visitors have to register online and I had no idea because I WASNT INFORMED. Cars gets broken into and stolen left and right what’s that going to do! All of these recent reviews are absolutely correct! New management sucks, their communication skills within their office suck, my hot water is never on due to broken pipes they can never get fixed , they take FOREVER to do important repairs in my apartment and have bad excuses for everything! Don't even get me started on the prostitutes and druggies roaming around. Yes rent is cheap and the size of the apartments are nice, but I'm like terra I can't wait to leave these raggedy ass apartments.
