Nicely place to live and sometimes deliver deliver need to read the note on the door when they deliver package to the person to their apartment to call them or go to the office get a key pass to get into the building

Due to the fact that I need to relocate to the Tacoma area no later than 5/2/2022, I decided to call & request info. over the phone, to see if I could have the office mail me an application in the mail, along with some info. so that I could consider whether or not I should move there or not. The woman who I talked to, was extremely rude & unprofessional, and refused to help me over the phone! For what it was worth, she told me that I would not be able to move in when I needed to & that I would have to get help from Pierce County for help with housing instead, never mind the fact that I live long distance from Pierce County currently. This place is so good it is affordable the coumunity manager Jon Farrington is so nice he helps out people who need it he is so kind he is involved in the comunity. The asistant manger Maria Bernal is so helpful she is pretty she is a good person she is inteligent and always working hard in her job she is joyful and always happy to help. Thmnbmmmaintenen

Just ended my one year lease last week, and holy hell I'm glad to move out. Lived here with my wife, and it was hell. Not only was it high-crime, but we actually had drug addicts sleep outside our door in the hall, but more often than not they just buy drugs here or smoke them in the entry way. My wife had to start carrying pepper spray with her to work because she feared for her well being, as do i. Parking is a nightmare if you have more than one vehicle. These idiots who live across the way light off fireworks two months prior to any holiday, then three months after. Same said neighbors also 'test' their speakers (but more to the point - your patience) by blasting loud and obscene music starting around 9 AM and if you're lucky, ending at 7 pm. I know a couple people who stay here and some that have. It's pretty hood as most would call it. I think the price is good for people on a budget. I dont really know. But I do know that they accept section 8. I have seen law enforcement their often doing rounds. I have seen law enforcement more there for incidents as well. They are next to a street of duplexes. The layout is nice inside. I dont care for the parking with a steep hill in the middle back side
