Laundry barely works Too much noise, constant construction, literally every day almost without fail you’ll wake up to heavy hammering, drilling and cussing at 7AM, avoid these apartments if you work late nights

The noise pollution in this complex is absolutely insane, the workers have no respect for silence, nor do the people at the laundry room, there’s not even regular courtesy notices to keep noise level at a minimum, especially at night. Also never knew blowing leaves took an entire morning hour.

Very rude management team, they act like they're better than you. When you call they almost never answer. I walked passed by their office after the call went to voicemail, and they were chatting which just pissed me off. Aside from their crappy team or "managers" the workers who maintain the area are very nice. They do need to be aware of removing their shoes or wearing shoe gloves when coming inside homes. Unless they wanna provide for carpet cleaning for wearing their dirty shoes inside peoples homes. The apartment itself is nice and peaceful majority of the time. You do get some rowdy people, but very rarely.

Lovely community! Management does an exceptional job at assuring the complex is clean and well painted. I also love how quiet and peaceful the complex is. It does not feel like apartment living. Additionally, you can use the laundry room and pay via a app on your phone. 10/10 would highly recommend.
