If I could give them ZERO I would, worse property management that people have to deal with, there are never there, you called a leave a message and never get a called back and if you write a letter to them do not respond either. If you have a problem forget it, you have called many times and still do not take care of the issue. I already wrote a complaint letter to Division of Condominiums in Tallahassee because there are useless and should not be in business.

One of the most unprofessional places one can have as an association. We are a large building and attempted to speak to them as we were looking for options. Forget about emailing them as you email them and they never return emails. Call them at 3 PM and they tell you they are eating lunch and out of the office and wont return the phone call. A total disaster.

I really like a real estate agent that is willing to increase a property’s value by enlisting local code enforcement. It does tend to spruce up the neighborhood Thanks Wendy Powers
