We reserved a lot with this company in good faith and were repeatedly told we were still on track to close. Based on those assurances, we made financial preparations and planned accordingly. The lot was later sold as part of a bundled home package without any notice to us. We understand that business priorities can change. However, after multiple confirmations that the lot remained reserved for us, the lack of transparency and follow-through undermined our confidence in the reservation process. This experience significantly impacted our trust in the company’s communication and reliability. Buyers considering reserving a lot should ensure they have a fully executed purchase agreement in place, as a reservation alone may not provide protection.
