Viki is amazing to work with. She is organized and very professional. She helped me with three Transactions. First, purchasing a property in Pike county and then selling some property I bought two years ago and finally selling the house I was living in. In each transaction she brought the knowledge to structure the contract to protect me and also set up reasonable covenants. She worked with me every step of the process and was always available any time to discuss and explain things I did not understand. When it came time to list the property she completed an analysis of the value of each and I got more out of each one than I thought was possible.
