Views of Naperville

We stayed in Views of Naperville from 2024 May to Feb 2025 and the quality of the apartment was horrible. They will paint the bathroom bath as well as wall to cover the extensive mold which is a health hazard and after 3 month of staying you can see it chipping everywhere, not to mention no exhaust fan either. Coming to the small kitchen which are german roach infested which is another health hazard and all the building apartment are actually infested with it even if they are remodeling but the pest control do not do anything to help because they spray a solution that does nothing to help with it..when they gave us the oven it was already damaged glass electric gas stove with burns everywhere and when we left told that we damaged it. I had a positive experience from the moment I signed the lease to the day I handed back my keys. The location, right at the corner of Ogden and Royal Saint George Drive, is incredibly convenient and just steps away from a grocery store, restaurants, a gas station, and even a forest preserve. The staff at The Views were consistently accommodating and friendly, always ready with a warm hello around the property. Alejandra, in particular, was wonderful throughout my time there, always keeping me informed about on-site events and activities. The community engagement efforts were a nice touch, from food truck gatherings to distributing canned goods and turkeys around Thanksgiving. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone from the leasing office! The most recent experience I had was when they decided to enforce some of their balcony guidelines after not doing so for TWO YEARS. Myself and a handful of others had privacy screens on our balconies since we directly face the parking lot and are in clear view of Royal Saint George Dr. All of them were clean and hung properly, offering us an additional level of privacy in the place we are supposed to call home. Others had hung outdoor lights, adding some personality, uniqueness to and functionality if you wanted to spend time on your balcony after sunset. EDITED AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: They didn't offer me a resolution...I moved out early, and ended my lease over it. I had to contact the company owning them now, just to get BASIC respect. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I just moved out of here a month ago. When I moved in, I rented an apartment that did not get refurbished because it was going to be more cost effective for me and my daughter. Nothing was new, the carpet was from the previous tenant in 2021. The stove is 11 years old. The flooring would come up, when I contacted maintenance about it, they said nothing could be done. The countertop would come off and I fixed it myself because of maintenance not responding. I paid almost $4,000 to get out of my apartment 2 months early because I had a baby and needed more room for my family. On top of that, they are not giving me my security deposit back when we kept the apartment maintained quite well. They are charging me $645 for a new oven that was already damaged before I moved in and
