There are about 50 smoke alarms that need their batteries replaced in this building, and everyone in the neighborhood can hear the alarms going off every day & night. Please stop bothering the residents of this neighborhood. If you can’t be responsible enough to replace the alarm batteries, then you shouldn’t operate a building.

Dogs left out on balconies all day in full sun. If you live or work here, PLEASE don't stand by and allow this to get worse. We totally understand that balconies are sometimes the only outdoor option in an apartment, but just wanted to kindly raise a concern: The dogs are often in full sun for long stretches, and we worry they might be getting overheated. If you are looking to live in squalor - look no further than this building! The construction is dodgy and the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Tenants were forced to live without adequate heat in the winter. The gym and pool they boast about are not open even though you have to pay an amenity fee to be there. They are also renting units out at dirt poor prices on Airbnb which is attracting incredibly unsafe and questionable behavior which is causing excessive noise at all hours of the evening. The smoke alarms go off CONSTANTLY and there is no one to contact if you need assistance. This building and the owners are an absolute menace to the neighborhood and I would highly recommend staying VERY far away from this building.

Disappointing that management/leasing office isn’t more transparent about construction completion time. At the beginning of June 2024, the website stated that leasing would begin June 28, 2024. There were also unit prices and availability on the website. During my apartment hunt, I tried to drop in and take a look after numerous attempt to contact the leasing office via phone and email. I quickly realized construction is no where near done and wouldn’t be ready by my move in time frame. It would have been courteous had they just been honest about the delayed timeline so I didn’t waste a trip to the neighborhood and find out myself. This is now the second week in a row that their fire alarm has inexplicably gone off for 20-30 minutes on a Friday morning. Yes, it is so loud that I can hear it inside my home nearly a block away. Way to be as obnoxious as possible while finishing construction of your building on a quiet residential block!
