Views at City Walk

Property used to be well maintained. In the past year its become a Commonbond could care less eyesore. Landscape used to be well manicured . . . Present landscape company consists of two men with a push mower, blower, trimmer, and an old ride around tractor mower. Landscaped area is leveled with a trimmer, mulch non existant, landscape screen tore out, and prairie grass destroyed. Flower pots are planted with tomatoes by residents because management let them go with weeds. Inside hallway carpet is filthy, residents smoke in their apartments (smoke free building), management is non existant. Gave a one star rating because there was no lower rating available.
