Viewmont Square Court Senior Living

Viewmont Square Court ,is a sorry place to live ,they don't have a maintenance man . They had one if you want to give him that title he's no longer there . When i first moved there I thought I found a decent place to call home. Everything looks good is not good . I being trying to get someone to check out my apartment I'm having problems with gnats the 2nd time I found out where the gnats was coming from the dishwasher, or garbage disposal is backup and I don't even use my dishwasher. Never had since I being living there. I beg and beg someone to come.and look at it took them a week the first time but all the maintenance guy did was just started the dishwasher up. And I had to spend my own money buying insect spray to.try to kill.them. But I even try to call the corporate office they woul

I really enjoy living here because the apartments are beautiful and they are not cramped. My husband and I have a one bedroom apartment and the kitchen is large with a decent amount of nice looking cabinets. There is also a closed off area for your washer and dryer. The bathroom has plenty of room and the bedroom is a good size.

If you’re looking for a decent place to live please, please do not go to viewmont court square. The residents who live there since the place was built are very rude and awful. They need a manager who will stand up to the residents. The manager goes along with certain residents. Need to find a man to run that place someone with authority, who will be firm. I’ve seen all this when i go visit my uncle. I’m getting my uncle and aunt far away from that awful place.

I have called and called but you never get an answer. My Dr is close and I just happened to drop in and a tenant stopped me and immediately said “if you’re looking for the manager she’s not in and I advise you not to keep coming by here, she doesn’t like that”. Well, that was my first time ever stopping. You can’t ever get any one on the phone. I guess it’s ok with the owner how his place is being handled

I have e mailed and emailed over and over to let them know I’m interested in a 2 bedroom when one was open never got a tour.I was really trying to get in there but it seems impossible.
