View at Blossom Hill

Had a great experience here, having rented in the past I understand how demanding an affordable apartment is in the bay area. I got on the interest list in September and heard back once the place was open. I was told there were over 9 thousand people on the interest list hence why phones cannot be answered at all times. When I showed up to my appointment the office was packed with applicants. Alan and Marsela were very helpful and I was fortunate enough to land one of the 50% units for myself and my family. The complex is very clean and neat and the staff is very accommodating at all of my requests thus far.

I added my name to waitlist back in November 2025, took a few weeks but I received the email I've been waiting for to schedule my interview appointment early December, and next thing you know, all my paperwork was processed in a timely matter and was able to move Mid-January. Management is very friendly and professional. We are in love with our new home and we love the new neighborhood. Thank you, management!

I spoke to someone at the property they explained to me, that there is a waiting list of over 1000 people, their currently going down the waiting list, it's on a first come, first served basis. The process is by appointment only.They will contact you through e-mail with a calendar invite for an appointment once your name comes up. They just started contacting people for appointments that put their name on the list in September. You can go online to add your self to the list if you have not done so already. The building has no tenants as of 11/27/25.

On hold to speak to someone, I should have known the price was too good to be true because I'm seeing reviews that say the place isn't open and there's a waiting list. On Maps when you go to look at the directions it says the apartments are where the old Fish Market used to be, which is a big place so if that's where they're going to rent for $1400 I'll take it.

Not sure where all these reviews are coming from as the building has yet to open let alone have any tenants occupy the units. STILL NO updates on move in dates, no one to answer any phone calls or emails. Anybody know what's going on and when they will allow people to move in???
