When I first toured this community, it seemed like a beautiful and well-kept place to live, but the reality has been disappointing.. The manager and leasing consultant who were here when I signed back in July were amazing, responsive, professional, and genuinely communicative. Unfortunately, both have since left, and things have gone downhill since then. For how much we pay to live here, the property just isn’t maintained to the standard you’d expect. There’s often dog waste left around the community including inside the stairwells. In addition, several residents have untrained Frenchies that can be rough with dogs if you’re not watching closely. View 32 is a great place, the management staff has been so helpful. Christyn is always happy to help anytime I need something. She is super friendly and always has a smile on her face. They always communicate what’s going on around the property, like building window cleanings or resident appreciation events. Work orders get done quickly, the property always looks clean and well maintained. I truly enjoy this place and all it has to offer. I love calling this place my home. Highly recommend !

I have been a resident for 6 months now and this is one of the best complexes in the Valley! Sam and Vincent are always on top of all of the Matience requests and the property is well kept. Marissa and Ashley are some of the nicest front desk agents and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else! 10/10 recommend this property and the location.

Living here was a nightmare. Every staff member whom the positive reviews were written about are GONE. - Their administrative processes are a complete mess - Management entered my apartment without my permission (No, they did not notify me.) - Management loves to micromanage everyone who lives here, so there is no privacy, creating an uncomfortable environment - Management "served" me on my rent because they didn't get it on a federal holiday when the banks were closed, causing it to be "late" - Management cannot hold onto maintenance staff due to poor working conditions - Management is spiteful when you have constructive feedback on the living conditions and will retaliate - My A/C broke in the middle of summer while I was out at a movie and the temp rose to 98 degrees indoors and almost

I really liked View 32 when I first moved in back in 2022, the old management was really really helpful and friendly. And the maintenance team, old and new, is above and beyond. I don’t think I’ll ever forget the amazing view I had from my little studio, I loved it a lot. The relationship with the complex went sour when I was moving out though, don’t get tricked by the 60-day move out notice. There’s a form that the property sends you that you have to sign and make sure you explicitly state that you are moving out of the complex, on top of you not resigning your lease. These corporate lackeys like it when you leave that part out so that they assume you’re going month-to-month, I don’t know what common sense is lacking to assume that without someone actually saying it.
