If zero stars was a rating, that's what Vierra Moore would earn. After repeated email and phone requests for enforcement over years and years, and 16 years of paying HOA dues for Hidden Lake in Tracy, I'm convinced their company is nothing but a scam. They've let our neighborhood turn to a dump. No enforcement of yards, dilapidated homes, abandoned vehicles, and overgrown trees where you can't walk down the street. Whomever is in charge of our neighborhood keeps changing, I think because their employees have had it too. Never ever let Vierra Moore run your HOA.

They are inconsistent and have no idea how to enforce the very rules that they state. They want to ticket your car in a community for parking in a guest space, when in fact the rules state "residents shall not utilize any other parking space, unless the garage is occupied by a parked vehicle." Based on that, if the garage is full, you can utilize other spaces, therefore I should not have a parking violation on my vehicle. I see that there have been previous notions of racial bias and based on my experience I would echo that. We are the ONLY black residents in the Revival community and to be the ONLY vehicle tagged in the parking lot, legally parked based on the directives in the bylaws, I take offense to that. This is harassment and I am sick of it.

VierraMoore is literally the WORST community management company I have ever dealt with. The manager (Christina Sandford) for my community is beyond unprofessional and rude. VierraMoore never listen to complaints or concerns, they do not support the communities they receive payment for! Will NOT recommend at all.

Sherrie Malone , Property Administrator for Twyla , has been incredibly informative and has responded to my emails in a timely manner. I can imagine the case load she carries! I appreciate her attention in the matter I have brought forth. Must give credit where credit is due...Thank you Ms Malone!

I agree with the other reviews about possible racial biases and unfair treatment of members. I had a sign inserted in the ground on my patch of grass in front of my home that is a nice address sign to clarify which home is mine (I live in a T court and where the address numbers are located makes it confusing for delivery people). A week later I receive a letter indicating I have “rubbish” in front of my home. Meanwhile, the neighbor who’s white can literally store junk in front of his garage and park blocking the T court for years; it’s never been addressed since 2020. Also, the customer service is seriously lacking. Camile Pearson is terrible to correspond with in email and only answers certain questions while dismissing others.
