Be Ware of This Mobile Home Owner/Dealer! I live in one of his parks and he rarely repairs anything in his parks. Our park, in particular is in run-down condition with giant potholes and other areas where the ground is erroding around the edges of the park. We don't have access to the facilities unless we track down the 'manager' to unlock our common areas, such as laundry or the clubhouse. Manuel, the President of the company drives through the park and bullies residents about small issues, confronting and intimidating them without any notice, rather than working with us in a compassionate way. He tries to prevent residents from selling their units to anyone but him, by bullying them and the prospective buyers into believing lies that he has more rights than the MRL allows him to have. He
