I’ve been living here since 2018 with my husband, and overall, for the price we pay, we love living here. For reference, we live in a one-bedroom apartment. Pros: -The one bedrooms are very spacious compared to other apartments around; even some of the two bedrooms nearby are smaller or the same size as our current one bedroom. —Location: you’re close to Tysons, and the metro is a five minute drive. You’re also close to the W&OD Trail. There’s a shopping center next to the apartments that have decent eateries. -Management/Staff: I’ve never had an issue with the people that work here. They are SO FRIENDLY and nice. -Maintenance: the workers are very friendly, and respond to request in an appropriate amount of time. I’ve never had issues with their work. Additionally, the property hires
World cup soccer ALL THE TIME when it is supposed to NOT be permitted based on a prior notice that was sent out by management. The children and adults kick the balls in the side of the apartment building as a goal as well as onto patios with no regard to resident’s property. NOTHING is being done about this as well. The parking here and how it is handled is by far the worst form of management and logic I have ever seen. We were told to sign up on a WAITING LIST months ago to have assigned parking. Months later, we were told every unit would then have an assigned parking space and if you want an additional one then it would be $50/month. That was implemented and then taken away within days because units that have an overload of people already in them complained about having each uni
I’ve been living at Vienna Park for a while now, and the new parking policy is by far the worst change I’ve experienced here. Limiting each apartment to just one reserved parking space is unreasonable—especially when many residents have more than one vehicle. The waitlist to get an additional reserved space is extremely long, and the number of unmarked spots available is just not enough. What’s even more frustrating is that many of these unmarked spaces are taken up by extra vehicles or cars that don’t even have parking stickers. Meanwhile, the actual reserved spots—with numbers on them—often go unused. It’s chaotic, poorly managed, and incredibly frustrating for residents who just want a fair place to park. This situation seriously needs attention. There needs to be a better parking inf
Been living here about 20 years, great experience with office staff and techs. I’d like to commend our new property manager she’s direct and knowledgeable about any and every issues that arise.
Parking has to be one of the biggest problems with these apartments because there is no parking whatsoever at night. They give out more parking stickers then supposed too and that’s what I don’t understand because if u go to the office the first thing they say is ” we don’t have anything to do with it or there’s nothing we can do” but keep in mind they make a big deal about parking and sending papers to everyone about parking but once you go talk to them it’s a different story I have gotten my car towed from the apartments twice and one of them was because the “parking patrol” they have looking around for no reason bc they even said it themselves he doesn’t know the rules of these apartments or parking so why have him there giving people wrong information saying I could park in commercial
