I lived in this apartment complex for over a year and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. From the beginning the unit already had several issues, including mold and humidity around the windows and walls. There were clear signs of moisture problems that did not appear to be caused by tenants but by poor maintenance and sealing of the building. Another big issue in this community is safety. There are frequent thefts in the parking areas. My car was vandalized and a plastic part from my vehicle was stolen. This made me feel very uncomfortable living there. When I moved out, I was shocked to receive a very large list of repair charges even though I had already paid a security deposit. I want to express my concern about the lack of security in this place. Unfortunately, robberies occur frequently here and there is no security presence that really protects the residents. On one occasion I even had to go out personally after the thieves because no one responded or did anything. Faced with this situation, I decided to install a Ring camera in my home to protect my family and my belongings, but now they want to charge me for having my own security system. It seems unfair to me that, in addition to not providing adequate security, they want to put obstacles in those of us who only try to protect ourselves. During the year inspections are carried out in the apartment, and I understand that that can be part of the rules. I have no problem with inspections being done. However

My moving in experience was amazing ! Quick and simple. Our leasing agent George helped Us with our application and was extremely helpful and understanding while completing the steps. So far it’s a lovely community and nice people working here, very clean and peaceful place to live.

I was late on my rent for one day on the 5th 4:pm I paid on the app on the 8th they put eviction notice on my door went to the office on the next day and I ask why they put a notice I paid on the 5th with penalty attorney fees... after 3 days on 8th they put a notice they didn't even apologized I am very disappointed 😔

Hi! Just moved in recently and it was the smoothest move in application and the paperwork was so easy! George was amazing though the whole journey, called and checked in to make sure we got such a good move in deal. He even came in on his off day to redo our lease agreement! He was so patient and respectful. I was shown the exact apartment I would be moving into. The apartment itself has a great layout, good appliances, and just spacious and beautiful overall. The neighborhood and complex is very quiet and clean, love it so far! Highly recommend 😆😆
