Vida at Daybreak

My fiancé and I just moved in a few days ago, and we are already loving our new home! The amenities are truly top-tier, the facility is very clean, and the staff has been incredibly kind and welcoming. Lindie has been absolutely amazing—she communicated with us every step of the way, was always available to help, and consistently had answers to all of our questions. She is incredibly organized, patient, and truly on top of everything. I can’t recommend working with her enough. Thank you so much for making our move-in experience such a positive one!

I moved in to Vida about a year ago and I’ve been so impressed with the new management! Everyone in the office goes above and beyond to give the best customer service-I’ve never felt like a bother! Also, the maintenance team is incredible! They’ve been very fast to fix things and have been friendly and very professional! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

The new management has been an absolute nightmare to work with. A major flood in our apartment was ignored for weeks, and we had to beg for basic communication and help. Three weeks ago, my wife and I walked into the kitchen to find water pouring from our ceiling and all over our counter and floor from the apartment above us. We called maintenance right away. They arrived about 20 minutes later, but by then the water was coming through the ceiling, light fixtures, and even wall outlets. Half of our apartment lost power because of the damage. Maintenance did what they could and said they’d contacted management, so we expected a call the next day. We never got one. That became the pattern for the next three weeks. I absolutely love living here. Our experience from the beginning was PERFECTION! Lindie in the office took us on a tour, let us know of available units and helped get us in an apartment after approval in less than 2 weeks. The staff is quick to help, enthusiastic, kind and supportive! The amenities are well taken care of and an added plus! We love our apartment at Vida at Daybreak!

To say I'm absolutely disappointed is an understatement. The maintenance has been on top of everything and the living environment isn't bad but its the FEES, please make sure to clarify what you're paying before you sign. When we signed our lease with the old management (greystar) we were advertised rent with specific fees outlined, but we just got our rent breakdown with the new management, we are paying 500$ extra in fees. Even when we rented a townhouse we weren't paying all of these amenity fees, at most, 100-200 extra. And even previous apartment complexes were straightforward with their pricing. This place charges a cam fee, common area fee, etc. but this wasn't mentioned AT ALL prior to signing. Granted we were aware of their internet, smarthome, pet fees, etc. but theres an extr
