First off, I want to mention that I lived there for about 8 years. They say that they replace your carpets for free after around 3 years, but they never did. We had the same nasty carpets for 8 years, which by the way were used by other residents before us. The roof leaked for a little while, until he fixed it, but they left the nasty yellow spots on our ceiling where water leaked. Many things broke, which we were forced to repair ourselves, including resealing things like shower and sink. Anytime we asked for things to be done, the manager would tell us he would get to it, and never actually get to it. When our A/C broke, the manager told us he couldn't do anything and that we had to call someone else to fix it. Our water heater was overused and leaking, and stayed that way for a long tim
