Great location, good staff, and the maintenance team is fantastic. Responsive and fast to all the issues we have experienced. Mr. Abner, good job. Your maintenance team is great.

This apartment has many things I like. The unit itself is nice, the layout works well for me, and it checks most of the boxes I look for in a place to live. Overall, the community has a lot of positive aspects. However, the major downside has been the noise. My upstairs neighbor is awake at night and sleeps during the day, and the constant stomping carries straight into my bedroom since there is no carpet. I tried politely reaching out to them, but they refused to open the door. I reported the issue to the office multiple times, but they have not been helpful. They keep asking for recorded proof, even though it’s extremely hard to capture vibration noise on a phone. They said they would contact the neighbor, but nothing has improved. At this point, it feels like there is no real support

Location is great and Maintenance responds fast but thats about it. AC has went out over 3 times since moving in from May 2025. Be prepared for “restorative maintenance” that is disruptive for an entire month so if you work from home don’t plan on living here. Even though the leasing agents will sell you on the solarium usage for a in home office. Marijuana smell doesn’t leave the apartment unit even after Ozone treatment. Along with that, the property manager seems to have no answers for anything. Sprinklers also go off at the worst times possible 5pm and 8am and are also broken to they go everywhere but the grass. To add on, the older gentleman who works in the office is fairly rude. A very uncomfortable experience and just adds to the overall experience here at Victoria Place. We cannot

We have been living at Victoria Place for almost 2 years, and have had a wonderful experience. Neighbors are friendly (we say hello or nod to each other in passing), the grounds are well maintained, front office staff is very friendly and helpful, and our apartment itself is lovely. We also love taking our pup to the bark park to play with the other dogs in the community, and yearly, they close it to replace the grass to ensure it stays nice and clean. Anytime we have a maintenance issue, Sean, or another one of his knowledgeable staff is there to assist within the day. (If you have a pup, Sean also gives them treats if you see him on a walk - so sweet!) Our AC unit went out in July 2021, and thankfully they had a window unit available to help until it was fixed - which was within the wee

I lived here for 3 years and it has just been going down year by year. The water is never fully hot, there’s mold from a previous leakage in building 9 and when you move out, they will find every reason to tackle on extra fees. There was a boy who drowned a year ago, and the office acted so heartless when the community tried to call in and donate. Lastly, the rent increase is a joke. They increased by 400 dollars these past 3 years, with no amenities. I straight laughed when I saw my renewal. The gym is outdated, there’s barely a pool, and the office space they have for residents is pitiful. With all that being said, there’s other apartments that’s worth the money, this simply ain’t it.
